What is a Corporate Backup Care Benefit?
Every day your employees have to balance their professional and home lives. That can be stressful, time consuming, and expensive. All of this work takes away from their ability to dedicate their day to work. When an employee's child care plans fall through (either due to sick child, a caregiver who didn't show up, school vacation, or many other reasons), your employee has a stressful situation to fix.  

Many employers help alleviate some of this stress by adopting a backup care program. You contract with us to provide care for those unexpected occasions. Your employee pays a copay (amount determined by you) and you subsidize the rest. When care falls through and your employees needs to be at work, they call us and we send a caregiver to their home.
